What you get
DentistOnTrack is software for tracking patients, visits, treatment recommendations and revenue in a dental clinic. It is a record-keeping and reporting tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide clinical advice.
Trial and payment
The first 14 days are free. After that we bill monthly per active location. Adding a location increases the bill from the next period; archiving one reduces it.
If a payment fails you keep full access for 14 days while you sort it out. After that the account becomes read-only: everything stays readable and exportable, but new visits, patients and messages cannot be added until billing is fixed. We do not delete your records because of a missed payment.
Your responsibilities
- You are the custodian of your patients' information and remain responsible for it.
- You record consent honestly before messaging a patient.
- You give each staff member their own login and remove people who leave.
- Revenue figures come from the price list you enter, not from what insurers actually paid. Do not use them as accounting records.
Our responsibilities
- Keep each clinic's data separated and stored in Canada.
- Keep an access log you can read.
- Tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.
- Give you your data in a usable format on request.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Ask us to delete your clinic and we will, and confirm when it is done. We may end the agreement if the service is used unlawfully, and will give you a chance to export your records first.
